FIFOHACKS is the operator of fifohacks.com. By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order from Warehouses.

 

  1. Shipping Times and Costs

 

  • Shipping Times Internationally

Shipping times will vary depending on location however generally shipping and handling can take up to between 7 - 15 days if express shipping is selected. FREE SHIPPING option will take up to 39 days. If you're located in remote areas (deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer).

All orders placed outside of normal business hours Monday to Friday and weekends will be processed the following business day. Rest assured we will process your order as fast and as quick as our sales team can get your items from shelf to post box. 

Please note if we are out of stock, we will send your product directly from our distribution center which includes overseas locations i.e USA & Asia to save time so you don't have to wait until our next shipment arrives. (Please allow 13 - 39 business days).

 

  1. Change Of Delivery Address

Once the item has left dispatch, we cannot change the delivery address. So please look out for the tracking number provided and track your purchase.

  1. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

  1. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate. We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant experience and we will help in any way we can to resolve any issues that have arisen. Please just drop us a line at support@fifohacks.com

 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

  1. Parcels Damaged/Lost In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at support@fifohacks.com. Please take photos of damaged goods / what the problem is and send them through so we can fix the problem immediately. Failure to do this may result in longer resolution time.

 

Unfortunately, sometimes parcels do get lost in transit. Please allow 30 days and then drop us a line at support@fifohacks.com to let us know you haven’t received your parcel and we will either find it or replace it with a new item or offer a refund.

 

  1. Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country
